The eatery in Four Points by Sheraton is on first floor. We dined there a lot during our stay. Without a delay, let’s get to review🙂
Ambiance
Wall size windows, furniture , flooring and wall colours compliment each other very well to provide overall a cosy atmosphere. Tables well apart considering Corona.
It had a lavish spread of buffet with live counters for dosa, omlette.
Food
There was variety everyday for the buffet- delicious poori Aalu, mouth watering Aloo parantha and highly delectable Dosa Sambhar, Idli.
I specifically loved its nariyal Chutney. It was irresistible. Baked beans, porridge and Poha was also there.
Fruits and desserts section also was hugely spread. Mousse was delicious and my favourite ice cream is always there to refresh.
At dinner time there were noodles, Manchurian , hot and sour vegetables, karela sabzi, gatte ki curry, honey chilli chicken, chicken curry, Daal baati churma, baigan curry.
There was good variety for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. I must say that the food is made with a lot of passion which is reflected in the presentation, taste, hygiene as well as service.
Daal Baati Churma was awesome. Kids just loved it. I too liked Baati a lot as well as Churma. Gatta curry has perfect proportion of spices and gatte were soft to chew. Noodles were kids friendly.
Sweet and sour vegetables were very enticing. This was overall a great combination to provide an excellent experience. Coming to the non vegetarian, mutton curry was very good. It was perfect in terms of taste and oil.
Mutton pieces simply melted in my mouth. Chicken curry too was lip smacking. Indeed oil was watchfully used by them.
Service
Service is excellent. Staff, chefs everyone is great and provide personal attention to ensure our needs are met pre emptive. Tables were spic and span clean. Staff is impeccably trained. They are polite, courteous and kids friendly. We have become a fan of The Eatery. Whenever in Jaipur, we will surely dine there at least once.
Highly recommended
