When I heard about the Mexican food festival in the restaurant Level 2, I was excited to experience the same for I love Mexican food. It tastes yummy always. I wanted to experience what the restaurant offers in the festival. I couldn’t wait for even a single day and we headed to the restaurant for Mexican meal at Level 2, Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar. Since I was visiting the restaurant level2 for the first time, its ambiance was new to me and I loved it.
Ambiance at Level2
The ambiance was a beautiful combination of flooring and walls decor along with furniture that was complimenting each other. Everything in the restaurant was shining bright.
That caught our attention. There was also a big Tequilla 6 ft Bottle made to stand.
Serving staff wore a poncho and a hat to jazz up the ambiance more.
Food
First we were served with welcome drink- Yulixpa which was a blend of fresh orange juice, ginger, mint, chilly and salt. It was a good one and spicy too. If you are feeling tired or sleepy, this drink will awake you instantly. Actually, it was irresistible. The salt and chilly in it was awesome.
Veg fried quesadillas were stuffed with potatoes, Mexican chillies, adovo sauce. We both loved them.
Chicken wings with chipotle sauce was delicious. Chicken was juicy and tender. Spices were great. Chicken melted in my mouth.
Sope dish was made of lamb and beans, cheese, corn base. It was yummy. It Reminded me of Goulati Kebab. Although it was very different as it had a corn base.
Esquites- Corn dish made with corn kernels , chillies. This was ok. Rice- colouring vegetables. Rice also had kidney beans in them. I was reminded of our own North Indian style jeera rice. Laillo- Potatoes with garlic was good to taste.
Warm heart Oro special was my favorite. It had fresh strawberries. The drink was rejuvenating.
Refreshing melon was great as well.
Hospitality
The manager ensured we were taken good care off. Mexican Chef , Tania Tovar was so humble and approachable. She explained about all the dishes to us. Service was impeccable by well trained and courteous staff.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. A highly recommended festival and restaurant that succeeds in satiating North Indian Palette. A must must try

The food and ambience both look great. I never had Mexican food, to be honest. But I heard that they taste amazing. The welcome drink here seems tasty and tangy.
That must have been a wonderful Mexican treat. The Mexican ambience looks so colourful and vibrant. Mexican food too is always a treat, we prefer the spice of Mexican food when we are traveling, especially in Europe!
