The Residency Towers in Rameshwaram was our only ‘Go To’ property as per our research online. Aesthetic ambiance, customer friendly staff, huge spaces and to top it all, a big massive Gita was kept in the lobby which was a center of attraction for many.
The online reviews of The Residency Towers were good and had matched with what we had experienced.
After entering through a grand entrance, the staff warmly welcomed us with smiling faces and welcome drinks. The lounge by the lobby was cosy. It was a huge reception area.
Just opposite the reception area was an artefacts shop which had some great stuff.
After doing the formalities, we moved in to our rooms that were huge and there were a set of snacks specially laid down for us with a beautiful welcome note.
Our rooms
Our rooms had baconies that were full of flowery plants. Open skies above were a treat to eyes.
Interiors of rooms were elegant and contemporary. Our bathroom had all the emenities. Room was neat and clean. Room service was great too.
The property had a big restaurant called Pavillion.
It had a vast buffet spread with innumerable variety. You name it, you get it.
Starting from detox waters, chaat, papri, Gol gappe, to pizzas, pastas till the mousse of various flavours! One would want to stay some two three days extra to enjoy each and every delicacy.
Serving staff was very prompt and pre emptively attended to our needs all three days.
There was a swimming pool, a bar restaurant. Gymn was under renovation.
It was overall a great property to enjoy and take refuge from the hustle bustle of the city and have a relaxing time.
The reception staff was very supportive and guided us through various nuances of various pilgrimage points that we wanted to visit. It was a great stay overall. I recommend this property for all ages!
