Rann Utsav a massive scale festival in Kutch, Gujarat is a must must experience at least once. As much I could tell you about it in my other post, but Rann Utsav at night is a different charming festival altogether. With all lights up and with special effects along with cultural events all through the festival at different locations make it a very happening destination. Being there in the evening is a real charm of Rann Utsav.
There is a main program that is central to Rann Utsav. Then there are cultural programmes running in separate blocks. Look and feel of all blocks is very attractive at night. Puppet shows, talent shows, dance performances and music concerts are worth watching. Everything was included in the package. I pondered how so much could be done in a desert deserted land.
Then there were few shops where we stopped by. On the other end , there was also an astronomy section where we could spot planets and stars via a telescope. It was great fun. Kids loved it.
Spa center, leisure rooms were other attractions of the festival. Lit up tents had their own beauty in their respective blocks.
A talented team showcased their art of making few things with a long stole while dancing. I was highly impressed with that performance.
The level of engagement and involvement by managers of each block was very high. For every distance in the complex, there was an electric auto. Managers ensured seamless experience of autos be it any time! I could see 360 degrees connectivity in all the team members.
Was truly impressed with the charm of Rann Utsav.
Highly recommended festival

The Rann of Kutch is a fantastic place, but also an inhospitable one.Several years back, I had come to the Rann and cycled from Bhuj to India Bridge, close to the Pakistan border. That is an experience I will always cherish
