Gourmet High Street Festival 2015

Reading a lot about Gourmet High Street Festival 2015 and having attended it last year, this year as well I was keen to witness. When I got an opportunity, just jumped at it. This time I went with my hubby and both kids. When they heard about the festival, they got excited.

Leisure Valley Park

We started from our house around 3 in the afternoon and reached by 4 pm. It was an elaborate function. Vast ground in Leisure Valley Park was dedicated to Gourmet High Street Festival 2015. A big banner of celebrity chefs welcomed us. First area was dedicated to an academy of Chefs where culinary skills were being showcased.

A section of area was for kids to play. Going further was a cooking studio where participants were getting live tutorials from chefs.

Ahead of that were Master Classes were being held by Celebrity Chefs. When we reached, Celebrity Chef Saransh Goila was taking the session. The session was packed with people.

Next session was supposed to be with Manish Mehrotra on Vegetable Cappuccino. We could clearly hear people having discussions around the session and rushing to the class. Huge crowd was present at the venue and people were running to Master Class. So much excitement was there in the atmosphere.

As we ventured to other parts of festival, many stalls were there and people were actively participating in various activities like quiz contests, lucky draw and many more.

Many brands had put up their stalls like Weber and WonderChef , Le Meridien, Chivas Regal and more.

Some stalls had preservatives free fresh juices having a shelf life of only 3 days. Those fresh juices were actually fresh and tasted awesome. Every juice had its own significance like some would benefit the glow of face. Some would benefit in slimming a person etc.
