Barbeque Nation, Sohna Road

Barbeque Nation has become one of the most fiercely growing restaurant chain in India. I personally have started liking it since it began with its initiative of Kulfination. This time Barbeque Nation has come up with a new outlet on Sohna Road at Spaze Platinum Tower. Designed on the theme of signature ambiance Barbeque Nation, Sohna Road is a spacious outlet.

At a prime location, Barbeque Nation was fully decorated with flowers and rangoli. It was amazing to see balloons all around. Kids would have loved being there. Then I saw students from Navjyoti participating in activities. It was wonderful to see Barbeque Nation serving a noble cause. In a while Mrs Suchitra Dhanani, Director of Barbeque Nation and children from Navjyoti Institute, inaugurated the outlet. It was a very nice gesture from Barbeque Nation to provide this opportunity to students. They seemed very happy and confident.

After exploring the outlet, I started with the lunch. As usual, irresistible signature snacks by Barbeque Nation started pouring in. Potato salsa my favourite was up to the mark and lusciously melted in my mouth. Then I had seek Kebab which were awesome. A tinch of mint chutney with lemon and onions on it added to the flavor. I had to stop myself eating them as I had so much to taste. Chicken tangdi was juicy, soft and with perfect spices. On the grill snacks, chicken, pineapple, mushrooms and fish were all enticing. Mushrooms and pineapples have a special place in my stomach.

By this time I was already full. For the sake of tasting, I had Dal Makhani which was excellent combination with masala bhindi. This combination was a hit for me. There were many more like Mutton Drum Biryani, kofta, Mutton Joshina, Mutton Keema

Desserts had its own variety along with Kulfination as a separate section.Malai Kulfi, Moong Dal ka Halwa, Kesari Phirnee. I was pleasantly surprised to see Capsicum kheer. It was good! I had my favourites brownie and chocolate mousse and strawberry ice cream

Serving staff was highly curteous and prompt.

In my interaction with Mr. Manish Kr. Pandey, the Regional Manager North India, I realized how important was for Barbeque Nation to inaugurate the outlet by Navjyoti students. He mentioned that this section of children need enough love, encouragement and confidence which we try to provide.

Mr. Manish mentioned that Barbeque Nation tries to keep high levels of engagement with diners through various innovative festivals like Africa Magica, Mohammed Ali Road concept etc. to overcome the monotony.

Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. I was personally happy to see a branded outlet which I can totally trust for quality in this part of Gurgaon. I wish the chain to spread not only to India but also show a strong presence in the globe.
