Our Experience of Biryani360
We had ordered one Veg and one Non veg Biryani. Food came on exact time provided by us. There was no delay. The person who delivered the Biryani was also curteous.
Packaging of Biryani was professionally done. There was no spillage and food was hot when we received it. Red packing was for Non veg Biryani and Green for Veg Biryani.
Chicken Biryani-the chicken biryani was better than the veg one…so Chicken Biryani first. It was more yummy probably because saffron added a distinct flavor that is not present in biryani at other places. The chicken was tender and well marinated. Spices were well suited and one could feel the rarity of the spices… the accompaniment was the raita. It was almost thick yogurt with. The cooking was right and the masala in the rice was not gravied or sticky but thick enough to stick to the chicken and add a full meal feeling to it. However the size of the portion was meager and a few extra spoonfuls added to the box would have satiated the one a bit too hungry.
Raita was a thick yogurt onions and tomatoes added but added carefully so that the flavour of the yogurt stays which was delicious with exact salt and had a slight tinge of sweetness that retained its yogurt quality…something which made it different than the rest.
Veg Biryani-The rice was high quality… but the spices added only gave an over the top aroma.. almost making the biryani appear like a pulav… the masala gravy was sparse and one had to rely on yogurt to be used as gravy to eat the rice biryani with.
We are going to have it again and again to satiate our taste buds.
